What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first visit with us will typically last 45–60 minutes. This initial appointment allows your provider to review your complete health history, conduct a physical examination if appropriate, order any necessary labs or screenings, and establish a care plan tailored to your health goals.
New patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and paperwork.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
All patients should bring:

Prescription Refills
To request a prescription refill, please call our office at least 48 hours before you run out of medication. Controlled substances may require an in-office visit before a refill can be authorized. Do not request prescription refills by email.
Referrals
If your provider recommends a specialist, our team will coordinate the referral. Please allow 3–5 business days for referral processing. If you have specific preferences for a specialist (network, location, or gender), let us know at the time of your visit.
