Founded just after World War II by Dr. Frank Pintauro, our practice has been part of the East Bronx fabric for over 75 years. Today, the third generation of the Pintauro family continues the work that Dr. Frank began — providing personal, thorough, relationship-based primary care to the people of this community.
We are not a branch of a hospital system. We are not owned by a private equity group. We are a family practice — independent, community-rooted, and guided by the same mission we have always had: to know our patients and to care for them well.

Board-certified internist and grandson of founder Dr. Frank Pintauro. His deep roots in this community and affiliations with multiple Bronx nursing facilities make him a trusted resource for patients of all ages.
