Dr. Robert D. Pintauro, M.D. — Doctor of Internal Medicine
Dr. Robert Pintauro is a internal medicine physician who has provided primary care to patients in the Bronx for more than 40 years. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to a personal, relationship-centered approach to medicine built on trust, communication, and continuity of care.

Dr. Kellyann Pintauro is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Mace Avenue Medical. She graduated from Fordham University at Lincoln Center in 2016 and went on to earn her medical degree from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2020.
Dr. Pintauro completed her internal medicine residency at St. John’s Riverside Hospital in Yonkers in 2023. After completing residency, she joined Mace Avenue Medical, where she provides comprehensive primary care for adults.
As an osteopathic physician, Dr. Pintauro values a thoughtful, whole-person approach to medicine. May Yu is an ANCC board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience caring for patients and families. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh in 2013 and her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Columbia University School of Nursing in 2017.
May began her career with Pintauro Medical Group in 2016 and joined Mace Avenue Medical in 2018. She provides comprehensive, patient-centered care with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, acute concerns, and routine gynecologic examinations.
May is passionate about building trusting relationships with her patients through compassion, open communication, and individualized care. She takes the time to listen, understand each patient’s needs, and work collaboratively to create care plans that support long-term health and wellness.
In addition to her clinical work, May serves as a preceptor for nurse practitioner students, helping to educate and mentor the next generation of advanced practice providers. Ann Pintauro has been a registered nurse for more than 30 years and has served the Mace Avenue Medical community for over 15 years. Raised in the Bronx, she is deeply connected to the community and committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Throughout her nursing career, Ann has placed a strong emphasis on patient safety, education, and open communication. She believes that patients should feel informed, supported, and comfortable participating in decisions about their health.

Anthony Danza
Anthony Danza is from the Bronx, New York, and has been part of Mace Avenue Medical since 2020. As a phlebotomist, Anthony is responsible for collecting blood samples and assisting patients with their laboratory testing needs.

Rana joined Dr. Pintauro’s Medical Group in 2021 and has enjoyed being part of the practice ever since. During her time with the team, she has grown both personally and professionally while gaining valuable experience in medicine, patient care, and the daily operations of a medical office.

Rosanne
Rosanne was raised in the Bronx, New York, and has been a valued part of Dr. Pintauro’s family-owned medical practice since August 2000. Before joining the practice, she began her career at Merrill Lynch, where she worked for several years before taking time to raise her family.
Over more than two decades with the practice, Rosanne has developed extensive knowledge of patient care, medical office operations, and health insurance. She takes pride in helping patients feel welcomed, respected, and cared for from the moment they contact or visit the office.
What Rosanne values most about the practice is its warm, family-oriented environment. She believes every patient deserves compassion, personal attention, and the reassurance of being treated like part of the family.

Born and raised in the Bronx, she graduated from Theodore Roosevelt High School and began her healthcare career at Calvary Hospital in 2015 as a Care Partner. Through hard work and dedication, she advanced to the role of Calvary Care Technician (CCT). Driven by a passion for patient care, she returned to school to become a Medical Assistant. In 2022, she joined Mace Avenue Medical as a student and, after completing her training, became a valued member of the team. She has remained with the practice ever since, providing compassionate, high-quality care and building lasting relationships with her patients.
